Change Your Programming
The subconscious mind is “a million times more powerful than the conscious mind” and arguably the control center behind what you really think and believe. If your subconscious mind is therefore “running your life”, then it follows that to make lasting changes you need to access the subconscious and modify any limiting beliefs or programming that might be holding you back. One of the simplest and most effective ways to achieve this is through the use of audio and visual subliminal messaging technology.
The 4 Building Blocks of Consciousness
There are 4 basic brain wave frequencies and each correlates with a specific state of consciousness. Like sound frequencies, brain waves are measured in Hz, or cycles per second. In general, the slower the frequency of your brain waves, the more relaxed you feel.
Meditation, neurofeedback, hypnosis, and guided imagery have all been shown to help people control their brain waves more efficiently for better health, higher performance, and a more positive experience of life.
Delta State: This brain state is related to the unconscious or super-conscious mind. It occurs with deep sleep or profound states of meditation.
Theta State: We generally experience the Theta level in deep meditations and in our sleep state. This is a state of mind where excellent psychic experiences can occur, astral projection and extended remote viewing.
Alpha State: This is a more internally focused, self-reflective mind-set, such as what happens when we are daydreaming or meditating.
Beta Waves: Your brain is producing beta waves as you are reading this. A predominance of beta waves is associated with being alert, active, and whenever you concentrate on learning something or doing an activity that requires focus.
Binaural beats take you deeper than traditional meditation music. In fact, this music will literally guide your mind into a state of deep relaxation by gently entraining your brainwave activity with binaural beats. Monaural beats and isochronic tones have been found to have a stronger effect.
Monaural beats are combined into one sound before they actually reach the human ear, as opposed to formulated in part by the brain itself, which occurs with a binaural beat. In order for the brain to hear and interpret monaural tones, the different elements involved must be of the same frequency (for instance 85Hz in your left ear & 85 Hz in your right ear). Monaural tones most often occur in nature and form the basis for musical chords. Binaural tones, on the other hand, usually come from man-made objects that produce noise, such as engines. Although both types of tone are thought to be effective in entrainment therapy, monaural is a bit more flexible in that it doesn’t require the use of headphones in order to be effective.
Isochronic tones are similar to monaural tones in that they are combined into a cohesive listening experience before they reach the ear. However, with isochronic tones, the tones themselves are switched on and off via predictable patterns, creating a pulse effect that is extremely effective when used for therapeutic reasons. It is this enhanced effect that make isochronic sound quite possibly, as some believe, the most effective type of beat in brainwave entrainment.
